Building applications

Our construction team provides consulting services to landowners, property developers and municipalities throughout Norway. Typical services include the division of property, building applications, applications for exemption from the Planning and Building Act and appeals against decisions in construction cases.

We have central approval as Responsible Applicant in initiative class 1.

We also offer experienced people for building application processing for municipalities, and currently have agreements with many municipalities in this field. We are often used during periods of high caseloads, or when there is a long or short-term shortage of our own employees.
